Swimming Mermaid for a Mermaid Pool Party | Hire a Mermaid for Birthday Party
Our "Swimming Mermaids" are accompanied by a sailor, pirate, or walking mermaid character to all parties. This second character will carry the mermaid in and out of the party and can help lead some pool games while at the party!

Swimming Mermaid Party Activities and Packages
All swimming mermaid parties would include the following activities:
Pool Games
While the Swimming Mermaid is at your event, she will be in the water, playing pool games and interacting with the children!
Photos with the Mermaid
The Swimming Mermaid can sit on the edge of the pool to take photos with the birthday child and all their family and friends!
Singing Happy Birthday
At about 10 minutes before the Mermaid has to leave, we recommend bringing out the cake and singing Happy Birthday.
We also offer the following Additional activities:
The mermaid's mobility is very limited out of the water. However, if you would like to add additional activities, we can talk about adding any of the following to your package! The number of activities you can choose depends on the length of time you book the princess for, the number of characters you book, and the amount of children you have present and participating.
With an average of 15 children, we estimate that
1 additional activity can be completed in a one hour party
2 additional activities can be completed in a 90 minute party, and
3 additional activities can be completed in a two hour party.
Temporary Tattoos
The mermaid's assistant (a sailor, pirate, or walking mermaid) can apply temporary tattoos to your guests!
Balloon Twisting
Simple single-balloon creations such as flowers, butterflies, dogs, cats, dinosaurs, and swords.
Storytelling and/or a sing-a-long
The mermaid can tell a story at the side of the pool, and/or lead a poolside sing-a-long!
We also offer Glitter Tattoo Artists! These are a fun, water-proof addition to any party!

"When planning my daughter's mermaid party, I knew I wanted to get a mermaid to come. Not only did Pure Imagination have a mermaid, but they offered a swimming mermaid who is escorted by a Pirate. The process of booking to the end of the event was smooth and they were always available to answer any questions that I had. On the day of the event, all of our guests were so amazing by the mermaid entrance and how she interacted with the kids. The pirate was great as well going around offering glitter tattoos to those not in the pool. My daughter and her friends were in awe! She swam with them, sang with them, and read stories while they were in the pool. The magic was so real for them.
